What types of lockers do you have available?
We offer lockers of various sizes to adapt to what you need to store, from a small backpack to several suitcases. You can check specific measurements on our website when making your reservation.
Do I need to book in advance?
It is not mandatory, but highly recommended, especially if you are traveling in high season. Booking online ensures availability and a quicker experience upon arrival.
Can the reservation only be made online?
Yes, our system is completely digital. This saves you queues, no more paperwork in person and you can book in less than a minute from any device.
What items can I store in the lockers?
You can leave suitcases, backpacks, coats, shopping bags and other personal items. If you have any questions, please contact us before booking.
Are there any items I can't leave in a locker?
Yes, for safety and hygiene reasons, there are certain objects that are not allowed in our lockers. They cannot be stored:
- Items prohibited by law, such as stolen items, illegal substances or offensive content.
- Weapons, ammunition or any object that requires a special license for its possession.
- Hazardous, flammable products or products that may represent a risk to the environment.
- Animals or living beings of any kind.
- Food that is not properly sealed. To avoid odors or spills, only hermetically sealed food is allowed.

Is it safe to leave my things in Look My Locker?
Totally. Each locker has a digital opening system with a unique code and the facilities are monitored 24/7 by cameras and security systems.
Are my belongings covered by insurance?
At Look My Locker we have insurance coverage included with your reservation, designed to protect you against exceptional situations such as damages inside our facilities. In case of an incident, you can claim up to 250 € per locker, provided that you present the corresponding police report.
We advise you not to store high-value items that exceed this amount.
Please note that the insurance does not cover cash, jewelry, precious metals or stones, works of art, watches, collectibles, or electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, cameras or similar. Digital media containing information (memory cards, hard disks, etc.) are not covered either.
Personal and travel documents (such as passports, identity cards, driving licenses, etc.) are kept at your own risk and responsibility.
How do I know if there are available lockers?
You only have to enter our website, choose the location and check the availability in real time. This way you will know which sizes are available and when.
Can I rent the locker for as long as I want?
At Look My Locker you can reserve your locker from 1 day to a maximum of 15 consecutive days. If you need to use the service for a longer period, please contact us and we will study your case in a personalized way.

When do I have access to my locker?
From the first moment you receive your access code. From then on, you can enter the premises and use your locker for the entire reserved time.
Can I open the locker several times during the reservation?
Of course. As long as your reservation is valid, you can open and close your locker as many times as you need.
How much does it cost to rent a locker?
It depends on the size of the locker and the time of use. On our website you can see all the updated rates and calculate your price before booking.
What do I have to do to use a locker?
Very easy: book online, receive your code, access the premises and use your locker. No keys, no waiting and no need to download apps.
Can I leave something for someone else to pick up?
The Look My Locker service is intended exclusively for the personal use of the person making the reservation. It is not permitted to use the lockers as a point of exchange or delivery of objects between third parties.
Can I stay on the premises beyond the use of the locker?
No. The space is intended exclusively for luggage storage and retrieval. For safety and respect to other users, it is not allowed to stay longer than necessary.
Is it allowed to take photos or record videos inside the space?
It is not allowed to make recordings inside the premises, except with prior authorization. We want to guarantee the privacy and security of all our users.
Can I eat or drink inside the premises?
No, the use of the premises is exclusively for consignment service. Eating or drinking inside is not allowed in order to keep the facilities clean and safe.
